Minimum Order


Our minimum opening order is $350 dollars. Our minimum reorder is $150 dollars. Accounts that have not made a purchase within the last twelve months are subject to a minimum reorder of $350. Any items shipped directly to the customer (drop shipping) will incur a 25% drop shipping fee.




Shipping Policy


All domestic orders ship USPS First Class Mail unless prior arrangements have been made. Shipping will be charged just before your items are shipped. All items ship from Stafford, VA.




Return Policy


In order to make your ordering process as smooth and and satisfying as possible, I am happy to send you a picture of the pieces in your order before shipping- just let me know that you would like this preview when you place your order! If you are dissatisfied for any reason with our products upon arrival, please reach out to us in writing within 14 days. If you are dissatisfied for reasons other than damage or manufactural issues, you will be responsible for covering return postage and a 10% restocking fee. Items damaged during shipping will be exchanged free of charge; Daedal will cover all return shipping expenses. To exchange, please submit a written request within fourteen days of the arrival of the order to kate@daedalgoods.com.




Payment Methods


We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover and American Express as well as checks made out to Daedal Goods, LLC. Placing your order through our website: When you place your order through our website, please select 'pay by check' at checkout. We will send you an invoice once the products are made and ready to be shipped. For your first order, we must receive payment in full before shipping. All subsequent orders may be paid on Net 30 terms.




Late Payments


***Please note, if you are promptly in communication with me regarding a reasonable problem with payment, I am happy to work with you to find a solution.*** Late payments are subject to a late fee of 18% interest annually. Interest will begin accruing 15 days after the due date on the invoice. The amount due will include all legal and agency fees.




Cancellation Policy


Cancellation can be made at any time prior to shipment subject to any transaction fees incurred by Daedal Goods. We will notify you with your tracking number when your order is shipped! ‚Äč




Confidentiality


Buyer and Daedal both agree to keep all wholesale pricing, terms and conditions confidential. Wholesale pricing, terms and conditions should not be published or discussed with other parties by buyer or Daedal under any circumstance.




Account Termination


We reserve the right to terminate any wholesale account at any time at our discretion.




Changes to Terms and Conditions


Daedal Goods, LLC reserves the right to change terms and conditions at any time. Sales made prior to changes will not be affected.




Variety in Glazed Ware


As all of our work is handmade, each piece will vary. This is part of the beauty of the handmade ceramic process and the vast majority of our customers love knowing that their piece truly is unique. I have added multiple pictures under each product to show the possible variety in glaze effects. If there is a particular glaze style you prefer (ie. lighter and crisp or darker and more rustic), please include a note during checkout specifying this. I will pull together a batch that best matches your preferences but cannot guarantee that the exact glaze effects you are looking for will come from each kiln load. Most orders will be a subtle combination of glaze effects. If you would like, I am happy to send a picture of the pieces in your order before shipping for proofing.




Delivery Times


Depending on the products in your order, delivery can be anywhere from 2-6 weeks. If you need to rush your order or would like a more exact time estimate, please email me at kate@daedalgoods.com and I will be happy to help you!
